2nd Workshop on Innovative Engineering for Fluid Power: Aircraft, Vehicles and Energy (Wind, Hydroelectricity and Oil & Gas)

The objective of this workshop is to be a permanent forum for discussion between business and academia, both Brazilian and foreign, to address the technological advances and innovation opportunities brought by market needs.
The technologies in Hydraulics and Pneumatics use the force of a fluid, whether liquid or gas as a means of power transmission to perform control and equipment handling. Examples of application of this technology can be found in the landing gear of aircraft, backhoes, wind turbines and industrial machinery.
Organized by Swedish-Brazilian Research and Innovation Centre (CISB), Brazilian Chamber of Hydraulic Pneumatic and Automation (CSHPA) / ABIMAQ, Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), Linkoping University (Liu) and the Federal University of ABC (UFABC) , the event was coordinated by teachers Victor Julian De Negri (UFSC / LASHIP), Petter Krus (LiU / flumes) and Luciana Pereira (UFABC / ILab @ UFABC).
