It was a great opportunity to learn about the interaction and management model of innovation in companies and research institutions in Sweden. The trip has taught us a lot about the country's innovation system. The need to make choices regarding which areas the country has conditions to lead is evident. It is also a great insight on the relationship between innovation and sustainability, especially in relation to the SDG - Sustainable Development Goal - of the UN 2030 agenda. For me, Vinnova’s presentation was very important in indicating how the innovation agency in Sweden organizes itself regarding its programs and instruments. The model used by her brings a lot of light on how Finep can organize itself in order to have more instruments that allow the sharing of risk and return.
