Gisele Fidelis Altoe - Strategy and Innovation Manager at Suzano Pulp and Paper
We had the opportunity to exchange information with representatives of the three entities: government, industry and institutions. Understanding the relationship of trust and the existence of a national strategic agenda that serves all parties was essential for understanding the Swedish innovation ecosystem. The seminars and debates we attended to also leveled discussions about what we can adapt from the Swedish model to our reality in the Brazilian delegation itself. Furthermore, listening to Saab AB's assessment of cooperation models with universities, their results and the relevance to their innovation process was undoubtedly of great value. In addition to the lessons in innovation management, generating value from knowledge and the relationship between industry, government and academia, the program has allowed me to meet other research centers unknown in the industry. One case in particular has high potential for new collaborations.
