CISB - EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING TO BE HELD ON MAY 30th, 2019

The associates of SWEDISH-BRAZILIAN RESEARCH AND INOVATION CENTRE – CISB (the “Association”) are hereby called for, pursuant to article 28 of Association By Laws, at first call, the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on May 30th, 2019, at 8:30 AM, at the headquarters of the Association, in the city of São Bernardo do Campo, State of São Paulo, at Rua Jose Versolato 111, 29th floor, rooms 2908 and 2909, Baeta Neves, CEP 09750-730 2908, to deliberate on the following agenda:

change of the address of the headquarters of the Association;
other subject matters of the interest of the associates;
