Open Innovation Learning Week (OILW)

CISB has a one-week program in Sweden called Open Innovation Learning Week to provide participants the interaction with some of the key actors of the Swedish innovation system, learn about the Swedish triple helix success model and understand the context that makes Sweden one of the most innovative countries in the world, according to the Global Index Innovation.

During the week, technical visits, lectures and seminars are held at universities, technology parks, companies and Swedish government bodies that allow for the broad understanding of the country's innovation system, the opportunity to create a network of relationships and initiate partnerships in several technological areas.

Four editions of the program have already been carried out. The 2017 program was organized in partnership with the IEL (Euvaldo Lodi Institute), a body linked to the CNI (National Confederation of Industries). The 2018 edition had ANPEI as official partner and other 10 institutional supporters, such as Embassy of Sweden in Brasilia, Embassy of Brazil in Stockholm, Consulate General of Sweden in São Paulo, Anprotec, ABPI, etc. In total, the initiative has already been able to take more than 90 Brazilians to Sweden from different triple helix organizations, contributing to attracting new members to CISB, signing MoU and catalyzing cooperation between development agencies in Brazil and Sweden, with emphasis on the aeronautics sector.
