Design and Product Development for Innovation Workshop

Design and Product Development for Innovation Workshop: connecting people, disciplines, and ideas

Product design and development is the process of creating new products, services, and systems, either tangible or intangible, which meet both customers and market requirements.  In a broader sense, the product engineer's challenge is to combine science, technology, and art to create inclusive, eco-friendly, and innovative products that other people or companies can use. Its advancement has been facilitated by tools that allow engineers to communicate, visualize, analyze, manage, and proof their concepts.

The workshop is an opportunity for participants from diverse backgrounds to debate about various aspects of design and product development. The meeting is scheduled to have discussion sessions on the demands to educate creative engineers, and on how to foster cutting-edge research on design and product development in a more  equitable society context.
